archives of happiness

(SIM Seljavegur Open Studio, Iceland, 2022)

a series of watercolor/pencil drawings on paper (5x7”) installed on transparent surface. This series is inspired by my neighbourhood in Hong Kong: Po Lam, where 90% of the residents are senior citizens. I enjoy coming across these neighbours in everyday life and seeing them do their things. Thus I decide to collect the images of them as an archive.
